Dishwasher Position at Greek Brothers

Greek Brothers is seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and sanitation essential to our restaurant's operation. The primary responsibility of this position is ensuring all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are thoroughly washed, sanitized, and properly stored. This includes operating the commercial dishwashing machine, performing hand-washing duties as needed, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dish pit and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, able to maintain pace in a busy kitchen environment, and possess a strong attention to detail regarding hygiene standards. This role may also involve assisting with trash removal and basic kitchen cleaning tasks, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow for the entire kitchen staff.
